The Sublime Box Shelving Unit is made from powder-coated iron in a mottled metallic colour finish and reclaimed mixed hardwood sourced from decommissioned fishing boats from North Java.
The unit consists of two open box compartments for books, plants or trinkets which can be positioned inside the compartments or on top. You can create a feature wall using multiple sets, or a combination of size options.
The boat wood will be distressed and show signs of its use on the high seas. Knots, burrs, bolt and nail holes and paint remnants of the brightly painted boat hulls may be noticeable on each piece. This is not considered a flaw, but a tattoo of the past experience of its previous life, warts and all!
